If you have already registered, the rest of these forms will need to be filled out prior to attending the trip.
**Note: Bus Form must be notarized, so don’t wait till the last minute!**

 
 
 
 

“What to Bring” and “Dress Code” lists can be found in the Student packet above. Also, since we will traveling on FBC buses, everyone will need to fill out (and have notarized) the Bus Form above.

“Last Year’s Schedule” will give you some idea of what to expect.
(Don’t forget to bring a sack lunch on Saturday! And money for 2 dinners out with your group!)

Remember, total amount per person is determined by date of registration.

EARLY - Before May 1 - $165
STANDARD - May 2 - June 7 - $180
LATE - June 8 (Start Day of MPACT) - $200
